Please stop doing this things and You'll become a great leader, parent, friend or teacher ;)
I realised that:
People often do things randomly without hesitation or good reasons just to please themselves, I mean, satisfaction over happyness and resolution. The higher is their authority on something, the bigger is the risk of being destroyed. Falling apart is the fate of those who's ego is bigger than their values and principles, so everyone should know how great is the influence of karma in our lives. If you're going to decide upon someone's fate, analize your words, which will lead to the consequences and try to be even with the ones affected by your choices... is a part of growing up and becoming a leader.
Stop criticizing people:
Every life has its own way, and every way has its obstacles. As coldplay said on Adventure Of A Lifetime "we're diamonds taking shape" so take a deep breath everytime you want to advice people, the only phrase that will give you absolute power is "I told you so" and PUM! No reason will make you feel wrong. Climbing mountains isn't easy but if you get a rope, a good one... will be a pleasure. Advice people constructively, so they don't destroy their future and feel bad or ashamed of themselves :)
Don't be stupid, because:
Even after growing up, putting into practice our prudence and intelligence is part of gaining the respect of your friends, family and even your enemies. Bothering everyone with your problems is not a healthy way to improve, do it with close people, someone who knows the way you are and has suffered the same things you have, beacuse everyone else will tell you cliches and general things that you've heard before on T.V shows or movies.
Don't be so dramatic, because:
Even when you're being adviced, being sad or angry will not make you see the pretty view or the better solution. Don't let your anger overwhelms your mind, because yelling and insulting will make you look desperate and in utter pain... but don't hide your pain, just make it flow to some place where nobody gets hurt... like jugging, cleaning or singing out loud. Don't let sadness overwhelms your heart, weaknesses are things we need to control, fears are things we need to comprehend and depression is something we need to get rid of.
But!:
Sadness is not a bad feeling, it makes us think about what's still special for us, it makes us remember what to do in a difficult position, and above those 2, it warns us for a bad future, so look for comprehending what you're sad about, so that thing doesn't happen again. You have to be brave by saying why you did something, is not what you did, is why you did it, this is the milestone on prudence, because doing something right for others, is doing something right for yourself.
Stop taking the fastest road to get somewhere:
Like practicing a discipline, be patient on being a trustworthy practicant. For loving someone you must develop a bound. To teach something you have to know how to explain it. To learn something you need to dedicate and effort enough the time to get it right. To understand, you need to breath. Remember that the best fruit is made by the best farmer.
Please be more human... do it for yourself and for others.
