We only have so much time in our lives and per day, so keep that body and mind strong and also spend some time every day making a small (or large if you have the chance) difference in a strangers life. Looking back, that will motivate you more than anything to have lived a great day! Also physically, keep hitting those workouts and eating clean 💯💯
