Who inherits your Facebook account after your death ?
Hi guys
This is a point you have not thought of before, or do not like to think about. What will happen to your Facebook account when your soul misses this world and leaves it ?!
Facebook is not just a platform to read the news and get to know your friends and family until the seventh, but it is like a precious treasure that accumulates assets around the clock for many years, between pictures and conversations and publications and documentation of life and began to live as we lived. Then there are those apps and pages you've subscribed to automatically publish religious, technical, or news content on your behalf ... What will happen to all of this after everything is gone?
Although no one thinks of his death, Facebook really cares about that point. Facebook, every account of a dead person is a digital body that must be dealt with in one form or another; either by disposing of it permanently, or by memorizing it, or by keeping it in honor of its owner. Facebook was a feature of heritage communication, which had been available since 2015 in the United States first, then to the rest of the country around the world later. However, it is rare to find anyone who knows or uses, though of utmost importance.
As Facebook describes it, "Legacy Contact" is a "person you choose to manage your account and take care of it as a kind of tribute to the memory of its late owner." The same option allows you to cancel your account after you die.
To activate this option, open your account on an Internet browser and preferably on a desktop to access all options. Then, click the Settings button from the drop-down menu on the top right of the page and choose Security Settings and then under the General tab you will find the Legacy Contact option.
From here, you can choose the validity level of the heir's contact, between managing or deleting your account. By default, your friend or relative who you chose as your heir will not know that you have chosen it unless your memory is revived, but of course you can tell that friend or relative of his or her mission to be prepared if you like it.
