@tpot mostly people like newbies as myself are always introduced into this platform with the money-making mindset. I use to have the same mindset and nearly gave up on this community but trust me, I realized is not just about money making but learning from professionals, colleagues and the like. The upvotes are just an outer motivation as u mentioned.
