I believe life is as easy as you make it to be. Looking from a holistic approach, you may need to be healthy to be happy. You may need to be happy, to live easily. You may need to live easily, to have a peace of mind. Yet to have this peace of mind takes strength, which is not always easy to obtain.
I agree with you but I wonder about "always"!
