This is very powerful @michellesamson, and so very true!! I have an ex-husband who is an "ex" for that very reason. Our grown sons have a very precarious relationship with him because he chose to spend his time working and making money as opposed to giving us his time and making memories.
I always say, No one on their death bed ever says, "I wish I would have worked more"!!

It's a long time ago and I eventually met the love of my life, so it's all good now! The boys see him as dad also.
