In my case I always try to take a day off to rest, since I am always connected to a computer and smartphone, and that moment when I try to let go of those responsibilities, I choose the best place to think and rest my mind, THE BEACH, and how I live on the island of Margarita, in Venezuela, is one of my advantages.
I tell you that this is beneficial for health, why:
1. We relax from stress
2. The sea breeze improves our breathing
3. Swimming improves our muscles
These benefits help us improve performance, increase calmness, reduce anxiety and even increase professional success.
The water, the breeze, the sand and the sun play an important role Enjoy it to the fullest!
THE SAND
The sand is a natural exfoliant that helps eliminate dead skin cells, it is one of the best surfaces for walking and practicing exercise.
Walking barefoot is the most relaxing thing you can do.
THE BREEZE
It helps us breathe better and relax the mind.
SUN
The first thing you should do, is to use your sunscreen, for the rest, give your body vitamin D, which is essential for calcium absorption and strong bones.
THE BEST OF EVERYTHING IS TO GO TO THE SEA!
