It is important for those of us who work with the public, to have a cordial and kind treatment, sometimes it is difficult because we come across people or situations that are not easy, but we have to keep calm and get the best out of ourselves to overcome it and resolve it positive.
To achieve this, we must try to put aside the problems, the worries, the sadness, of your personal life that is normal for everyone to have and focus on the work, in which the people who request your service receive the best possible treatment, that you can give her a smile that may be the first one they receive during the day.
The ideal is to treat others as you expect to be treated, it is a basic principle of coexistence in all the relationships of human beings. If this were fulfilled, we would have a better world!!
