It is important to watch the kind of activities we carry out in our youthful days because most of the time, the repercussions are not experienced immediately. Also most regrets in later life are tied down to "use of precious time" in one's early years.
Time is precious and once lost it cannot be gotten again. Hence it's best for Young Minds to maximally use their time and opportunities while young and full of energy.
