We see a variety of color everyday  but have you imagined how these colors affect your thoughts, feelings or in general your physical, emotional and psychological conditions? If you are in a state or situation where stress and anxiety often bother your daily living here's an easy way and might be an effective way to relieve stress.

Colors like you see in the surroundings can be a stress management tools to attain a stress-free life. To help you aid from stress here is the list of most relaxing colors that you should choose to calm your mind, body, and spirit in which you might not have thought and considered.

Science says that looking at colors can relax you. That's right, colors have an enormous impact on us, psychologically, emotionally and even physically. For instance, red shades tend to trigger your stress response, making you more anxious, while lighter shades calm you down.

White, this color if we interpret symbolizes a sense of purity, freshness, and clarity. It was said that this color is perfect to be seen and surrounded with in times of stress, to provide clarity of your thoughts. But, provided that white must be clean and bright because if this color looks dirty and dull it will mirror the same emotions.

That' why I love nature. I like hiking and going to the mountains along with the trees and to the beach to relax in the sea.
