Challenges in our life which develop us like a personality

Each of us had a lot challenges in our life and still a lot of them are waiting for us ))...
Already, several years I want to parachute from a plane to get over fear of height. I Still haven't done it... but I sinksed into the Red Sea for 10 meters.
