People think so but weight training will actually helps you to burn more fat then all conventional trainings
- Abs training will makes your abs visible
This is another myth that is widely famous but actually its not the fact, abs training will make and strengthen abs muscle but these will not be visible, to make then visible you have to lower the fat percentage by cleaning the diet so that your abs may be visible.
- Cardio is good for reducing fats
Cardiois actually the exercise for heart and lungs but will not help you to lower the fat you have to lift weights in order to loose fats
