I like to spend 20 minutes a day on steemit, it is fun and interactive but as you say, life is short and we must have balance.

I feel 20 minutes is too short for all the Content that Steemit offers.
I tend to give around 4 hours Daily but all that in fragmented versions.
One hour when I wake up and two hours before sleep. Plus one hour in the Entire Day.
