What did you say? I'm not listening...

Naysayers... I just learned about this word not too long ago. And oh my gosh, do I have these all around me!! 😱

What is a naysayer? A naysayer is one who consistently denies, criticizes, or doubts... having pessimistic views.

Since starting my businesses, I have been attracting more of these, "naysayers". I am sure you, Steemians have these same people around doubting the Steemit world? Shoot even myself gave my brother @goplayonline a mouthful of questions... & I STILL do as I am learning! ;) But I am here... learning.

Why do others feel the need to bring someone's mojo down? Alot of times naysayers are people that haven't taken the time to understand. Definitely try to help them understand... because what you believe in is worth shouting about!!

But what do you do to deal with the many naysayers in your life if it never quits?
You try to understand their point of view or their fears. Do they have expertise or a degree in the subject? No need to listen to someone that has no idea. Lol! If they continue to shower your happy party with negative vibes then unfortunately you just have to ignore & don't engage. You'll only get frustrated & start to have doubts yourself (this happened to me just yesterday)! I mean don't get me wrong.. we all need to voice what we believe in! But life is too short to listen to negative people! Surround yourself with people who are positive & enablers alike!

Yes you will meet them... yes they will try to distract you on your goals & mission and smoosh your dreams.. but don't let it! Live your dreams & make it happen! 😍
