So that students and followers of this way can be more compassionate in their lives
By the charity way wich is the easiest and care for people and second you don't have to give actual money to be happy
Just change your attitude and be merciful and listen to people and try to help them out by your own knowledge and morally
    2.dedi cation for nature
Some people would give it all to spend subsequent 24hours in nature away from urbanization and stress of the city
So just take a break and buckle up your camping tools
And go for it to live in the wild freely
Many people found themselves in nature and decided to quit the ordinary life of ours and be disconnected absolutely. But that's a huge sacrifice but the thing is they found happiness. The thing that affected them can affect you a well.

3 disconnect from social media
Social media i frequently involved in our lives
We can't spend a single day without checking.
And along comes trouble and stress as you constantly worried and bored checking every update of others lives and not focusing on yours to improve it instead you keep blaming your self and complaining comparing yourself to others.
4.search for meanings
Philosophers kept looking for meaning making them selves busy and people are more happy when busy
Also finding what you truly need to do and a higher perpouses of your existence can tremendously increase your happiness and make your life easier
As you dig deeper into the quest of creation and what God wants from you. Absolutely contradiction to arbitrarily living with no goals untill you come to a dead end and that's irrelevant and annoying
So try to search for meanings to your life
