One thing that was a bit confusing for me is that you use quotation (“”) a lot when it’s not actually a quote. Sometimes people also use them to say that this is a common word or phrase that they personally wouldn’t prefer.

It seem like what you're trying to do is highlight some important parts and I think that’s a great idea. I should probably do that more myself! But I would choose to make these parts italic or even bold if I really want it to stand out. Just my personal opinion on a small thing so do what you want with it, I liked the content! ~ Peace!
