The white one I got is called is a Lion's mane https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hericium_erinaceus
They are really tasty, when fried on their own they taste a bit like meat. Similar to mock duck type taste.
The ones in the top left are Chanterelles https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chanterelle
They are supposed to be really tasty! But personally I prefer Lions Mane :)
