Olde Salem Days - Salem, Va
This is the premier event in the area for arts and crafts. Every year they also have a classic car show with cars parked all down Main Street in the center of town. There was even an RV show on one side street. Many Many food vendors are setup as well.

Lots of people, I do not think I could handle that.
I'm usually the same way, but I can deal with it one day a year, especially for some unhealthy fair food.
