Bad deals people make in their life

Talking and listening to different people gave me the idea for this post.
When we go through our life there are a lot of decisions to be made and often you can watch yourself making steps in your life that aren't really logical when you look back at them.
Also, the badest decision seems to be the one to make no decisions.

I tried to spot some common bad deals many people are making. I hope you like my first article. :)

1. The "9 to 5 job forever!" deal

I think this is the most common bad deal many people make. We grow up getting told by our parents that life is: having a good and secure job, raising a familie, building a house and then die. When all that is done people will say "He was a good boy!". So we finish school and then we try to find a job as fast as possible, often without giving this decision the attention it deserves. And like this wouldn't be enough we then don't really try to change the situation if we don't like our job. Instead of searching for a job they love, people often prefer waiting years for their chance to retire early to escape this situation. Don't be afraid of changes and follow your dreams!

2. The "I'll be 100% with you forever!" deal

The start of a relationship is perfect, all is new, love is fresh, life is good. Time passes, months/years go by, and somehow you realize that this here is not what you really want. But you have a little problem now: How to tell that person? You still like her, but how to tell her that's all? After thinking about it, you decide to not tell her and to live with it. That's nice from you, and ofcourse it's very comfortable not to talk about it and let the days go by. But here is a sad fact: Sooner or later you will make a decision, the question just is: How many weeks/month/years you waste before realizing that you have limited lifetime on this planet and you want to spend it wisely.

3. Making expensive deals too early

"Don't exchange what you want most for what you want at the Moment."
Also: Don't buy things just to impress other people. Buy things that YOU want and YOU are happy with.
