Right! Anyway we both sat down and I had voiced out my opinions and concern. Not sure if such communication is effective, at least I did something that somebody would not dare to confront with him.
That's awesome bro! That's something I always do - I am always voicing out!
I mean it's extremely essential for you to express your thoughts if not the other party will not understand how you think or feel.
WIth this conversation, i believe your manager will know how to better manage the situation!
