Very well said mama! I didn't used to smile often at strangers before, but I have been doing that a lot lately and the results are great. No, I don't shine a smile at random men on the roads because I know how the society here is but randomly smiling at kids and old people does really help you spread kindness around.
You feel an inner satisfaction while being courteous towards others especially to older and younger ones. Let's keep spreading smiles @sharoonyasir😀
