In the leaders on wages, as usual, such areas: real estate, TOP-management, IT-technologies and sales. In January, the highest salary offered managers 20 481 hryvnia, the same amount they earned in December last year. The least paid all sellers and security guards - a little more than 8000 hryvnia. In the previous month they were offered 500 hryvnia less.

The average salary in Kiev increased by 440 hryvnia. Now it is 10 519 hryvnia (in December it was 10 079 hryvnia). Salaries of this level are earned by working specialties, Secretariat and telecommunications, as well as lawyers.

During January, the dynamics of supply and demand also changed. The number of vacancies on the job search sites is 17 047, which is 4 119 more than last month. The summary on the websites also became larger, by about 8 827 applications (there were 19 321, it became 28 148). At the very beginning of January, both demand and supply in the labor market were low. At the end of the month, both indicators quickly went up.
