Namaste everyone, life can be stressful with all the daily tasks we have to do, from working under a boss to relationships and children can bring a lot of stress with it. So its important to sometimes take some time for yourself and relax. So lets relax our minds for a moment with the following video. Just find yourself in a position you prefer, this can be sitting upright or laying down. I would recommend listening to this on a headphone or ear-buds, this will boost the results as you can focus more on the music and yourself and, less on your surroundings.
