20 Pounds DOWN! .... & Here's How I did it...
Last year during the winter months I gained over 30 pounds. I was eating whatever I wanted and not working out at at all. I knew that I wanted to change so I did. I signed up with a gym membership called my old friend up who was promoting a product called herbalife and I bought some. I started to work out 3-4 times a week. I didn't keep track. I just worked out and ate clean. I also added more water to my diet. after about 2months of consistency I was 20 pounds down! check out my photo below for the transformation.
