What a interesting story! 1% of Americans are in prison, that's equivalent to 1 / 3 of the entire worlds inmates. Just those numbers alone tells a person that something is wrong with the system in the States. Inmates need a SOLID rehabilitation plan to get adjusted to society again, and finance is a big part it.
