Pigging out Sunday...NOT!
Still on my 16 hours intermittent fasting...would I have the strength to carry on? I was going through my collection and found this photo which was taken last May. I vividly remembered the experience of how I cut through my knife into the yolk which made the juice burst onto the bed of bacon, salad and English Muffin...was out of this world!
Perhaps I am too hungry that just simple food would made me feel like on top of the world. I guess that is how starving people felt when they had food. Let us remember not to waste food and be more mindful of those people who are dying of starvation.
