IF Day 4 It's not what you eat it's how you eat?

Of course we all have our weakness, mine is chocolate. But just because the fasting is about eating at different time of day and shorting the widow in which you eat does not mean we should just eat whatever sweet delicious thing that we love. Had me some of this last night MMMmmmm good!

Sorry got off track there lol! My point is it is ok to treat yourself, I plan on treat myself few times a weak. However if you goal are like mine to lose weight and lead a different healthier lifestyle then why not take advantage of higher nutrition intake.

When I break my fast each day I am going to start with some form of protein rich food. I plan on this to help me rebound with energy and prepare for the next day. Even more it will help if I have workout that day, protein rebuilds muscle. Not all protein is meat by the way, beans, seeds and nuts are a great nature provided protein! Oh and cheese! I love cheese, cheddar or white cheddar. YUM!

If I am still hungry after my first meal then I will follow it with some vegetables. Veggies have this really cool thing about them, they make you feel full quicker and are way less calories. So it is like a win win. Also fruits, fruits provide me natural sugars and I get a little cheat without a cheat. Great for snacks until the late meal of the day.

So far for me I haven't been that hungry going into the late evening. I have dinner and it is a pretty good size one but after that maybe a small snack......something sweet perhaps lol. Then I go to bed. Ok guys day 4 started and ready to go, I will check in later this week for an update.
