I often encounter many hijabers who have a hedonistic lifestyle. They are scattered in elite malls in Jakarta (Indonesia). They often hang out there. They look glamorous. They also like to wear branded goods. In addition, they hang out with friends who are also hedonists. This hedonistic lifestyle can trigger them to do prohibited things. One of the forbidden things is drug use.

The way to know a hedonistic hijaber is to see her social identity. She is a veiled socialite. She has a high educational background. She has a large income too. Her main characteristic is to accentuate prestige and moderate Islam. She often buys expensive clothes. She really knows branded clothes. She also often eats in fancy restaurants. She does that with her friends who are also veiled socialites. In addition, she frequently buys well-known fashion magazines. Because she has a hobby in field of fashion. She is familiar with the latest fashion trend.

She interpretes teachings of Islam in her own way. According to her, Islamic teachings are not extreme. These teachings can compromise with the times. Islam doesn't forbid lifestyles that are in accordance with current trends. In fact, her lifestyle lacks Islamic elements. It contains a social status symbol. This social status symbol is on branded goods attached to her body. The function of this branded item is to strengthen her existence in society. She should carry out more optimal social activities. Because she has abundant wealth. She must prioritize Islamic values over lifestyle values.
