THE DISPARATE COLOURS OF LOVE
The word 'Love" in our existing world today is largely misunderstood. Love is very deep and it can be expressed in different ways, it can be a nature , a displayed character, a feeling and sometimes a sensation.
The way we perceive Love can positively affect our world or make it more complex, and if you agree with me the world we live in today has chosen the complex side of love thereby making communications, feelings, family ineffective and most times unproductive.
Love is far beyond what you feel, it is the sustained direction of ones will for the good of the other. Love must exist between two parties, and the decision to love is actually the decision to bond regardless of staggering circumstances.
Love is a commitment, it should not be done casually and it should not be broken casually, i hear people often say they are in love and i quickly whisper to myself "do they really understand what they are getting into". The words we say to each other when we profess our love is an oath that bonds us together.
The damage of misunderstanding the weight of 'love' has destroyed so many individuals, families and the society at large. In our world today, commitments in marriages are broken in years, sometimes months or even weeks. I feel bad because I know by experience that a solid home built on the principles of Love is the bed rock of the fruitful society we all anticipate to have.
The depletion of moral values in homes by couples that were once in love is a mystery that has not been dismantled by many folks. Honestly I will be back on this topic, there is a lot to discuss.
Finally, I will leave you with this thoughts/questions, * Love in marriage, can it be likened to a form of covenant? If it does, do we understand the meaning of covenants? What will happen to our society if we begin to treat our spouses as covenant partner?

Thanks----learning and writing is great ...... "we are a big league."
What I learned from your post is that; love is amazing and a big deal at thesame time. So we have to be careful on how to go about it.
For someone who has never been in love before it’s quite educative. Thank you for sharing!
Your right brother, we need to be careful as we venture into love...because it can make and can also take...
