First Love..can anyone still remember their 1st love?

I've come across many stories of true love. My version would be slightly different. Like everyone else,I too had my 1st love which only lasted for 8mths. That was due to immaturity i guess. But it was a memorable one. I met my life partner 7mths after my breakup with my 1st love. At that point of time, for my better half it was his "love at first sight"..but since i was still in my so called "breakoff mood" i hesitated to be commited into another relationship. As such, told my better half then to meet my parents for approval. To my disbelief, he came over to meet my parents the following week and got my parents approval on the relationship. But i guess,that was something good which i've done back then i suppose. That was my 1st official entry into a commited relationship. Everything was going on smoothly till i met back my first love. The moment i saw him, i felt there was still a tiny portion in my heart which he was still residing. At that point of time, i had lots of confusion as i was in a very commited relationship with my better half..and all of a sudden i had a confusion if my love was true. This was my turning point as my better half at that time spoke to me and asked the reason for my dillema. When i had shared my feelings to him, he had only one thing to say " Well, my darling..everyone has their 1st love and no one is able to forget that 1st love which blossom in their heart. Likewise i had my 1st love as well which i'm unable to forget but the only difference is that i've moved on with my life and never met her again whereas you have met. That is the only difference and you have not commited any crime..so dont dwell by feeling guilty. Just come out from it. I still love you for who you are!" That took me back and made me to love my better half even more deeper. That was the love which god wanted me to have. As such i'm blessed to be married to him for the past 10yrs and living a wonderful life as well as blessed with 3kids...
