Hi there, having only had a weekend up north and a few days in Hobart Ia m no expert! However, MONA art gallery in Hobart is not to be missed, as well as plenty of wineries in the area if that’s your thing.
Salamanca market too in Hobart is fantastic. Have heard great things about Cradle Mountain and Bay of fires too, enjoy!
