Dew is a water vapor that undergoes a condensation process-the process of turning gas into a liquid. Dew usually appears in the morning, on the sidelines of a window pane or behind a leaf. The dew water in Islam is classified as "holy-cleansing" water-a water that is legitimately used for wudoo-along with snow, lakes, and rivers. Dew is common after rain or in the morning.
