Thanks for the quick update and putting your effort in this. I really hope this guys gets caught. Regarding to the transactions they worked very clean without any names involved in it. I only found 4 magicdice(1,2,3) accounts which were connected to each other.
Anyway, thanks for your effort!
There are a handful of steem gambling sites where the owners are know humans. People should avoid all the others or give them some fair chance to prove there is someone accountable.

The whole delegation thing seems scammy. Anyone could do this. And I don't like that you have to pay money to get noticed. Like a decent writer couldn't just jump on here and start earning Steem unless he pays a significant amount of money
