Real Marijuana Bad. Fake Marijuana Good??
Let me first say this story really tugged on my heart strings because it's just another aggregious story about extended government oversight and greed!
I am by no means a fan of this president currently in office nor the individuals he has chosen to help him destroy all the strides we have made in America over the last 10 years. Whilst running for office any time Trump was asked about his stance concerning marijuana (medical or recreational) he gave the answer that he was for it. He gave the response that he believed it could help people medically. Trump assured us all that he would continue to allow states to make up their own minds in regards to how medical or recreational marijuana was handled.
MUCH LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE TRUMP PROMISED ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL... ALL OF THIS HAS FLIP FLOPPED NOW THAT HE IS IN OFFICE.
It bothers me very much that this president seems to want to distance himself and dismantle anything and everything that Obama allowed or created under his presidency. Obama was lax about the marijuana issue and allowed the people of each state to vote on the issue as they saw fit.
Now that we have a thriving marijuana market in many states, it could all be for nothing as Scruff McGruff, Jeff Sessions makes it clear he is taking back all headway made in this country going green. In Sessions words..
" Good people don't smoke marijuana."
So marijuana remains a Schedule 1 (Class 1) narcotic because according to Sessions and so many before him.. Marijuana is as addictive as heroin and possesses no medicinal qualities. If this is so why then did Jeff Sessions award a virtual monopoly on synthetic THC to Big Pharma company and fentanyl pusher, Insys??? How can marijuana have no medicinal value but it's synthesized versions do? This makes absolutely no sense.
$$$$$
Sessions Calls War on Weed - He Grants Maker of Fentanyl a Monopoly on Synthetic THC
Jeff Sessions grants the monopoly of the sale of synthetic THC to a company that produces fentanyl, a drug which kills tens of thousands of people a year, and also promises to prosecute people for the possession and use of natural THC in the form of the plant marijuana or cannabis.
