0.065BTC Hiring authors - not for my blog, FOR YOURS 0.065BTC

I want to drive traffic to my website (though cryptocurrency related, nothing specific to steem).

In order to do this, I want to make quality authors with an audience an offer:

I'll pay 0.065 BTC (roughly $40) for quality posts. The post will be featured on your steemit blog(not my steemit blog) and my website's blog. Other than linking to the website, content will be totally in your control.  After seeing some of your old work and agreeing on a general topic, I'll send you 0.03 BTC. When we agree to publish (i'm not a dawdler) I'll send the remaining balance (0.035 BTC).

Any money you make from steemit, is totally yours, I don't want it. This is a positive value proposition for me (I get traffic at my website) and for you(an additional revenue stream, it might even inspire some post knowing you'll get a certain amount whatever the steemit payout is.)
