Meditation is a form of rest! It free you minds from radicals in this world. It is relaxing, feeling free and at peace! We need meditation once in a while, focus ourselves to praise and communicate with God! And JESUS, my God, gives me the wisdom and strength, answers of things i can’t comprehend!
