¿Por qué estudié Medicina?

La mayoría de las personas que estudiamos medicina o que son médicos elegimos esta carrera porque de cierto modo existieron situaciones que marcaron nuestras vidas, en mi caso, estudio esta carrera por varias razones, una de ellas es que mi padre sufre de epilepsia desde nacimiento, durante mi niñez nunca había estado presente en un episodio convulsivo, fue cuando tenía aproximadamente 10 años de edad la primera vez que presencié dicha situación, ese día marcó mi vida por completo, en ese momento como desconocía el tema y nunca había visto a mi padre de tal manera donde él no tenía control de su cuerpo, donde hacia movimientos involuntarios, sin duda alguna fue un momento que me llenó de miedo, tristeza e infinidades de cosas que pasaron por mi mente que sin duda alguna desde ese día supe que quería estudiar medicina
Otra de las razones es que desde pequeña me ha gustado ayudar a las personas y una de las formas de poder hacerlo es estudiando medicina, ésta sin duda es una de las carreras más extraordinarias que puede existir puesto a que cada día se presentan situaciones fuertes, situaciones en las que lo único que te provoca es salir corriendo de emergencia y llorar, situaciones en las que quieres lograr aliviar el dolor del paciente o tratar de salvarlo pero que de una manera u otra se escapa de tus manos, pero no todo es malo, hay situaciones que están llenas de alegría, días en los que a pesar de estar lleno de trabajo hay momentos para reír de cualquier eventualidad, en un hospital se ve tanta cantidad de cosas que muchas de esas situaciones te hacen crecer día a día como persona.
También es muy común escuchar a las personas decir que medicina es la carreras más difíciles, pero no, generalmente toda carrera tiene su nivel de complejidad, queda de parte nuestra lo difícil que nos sea posible, nada es imposible y es cuestión de dedicación, tiempo y mucho estudio, al fin y al cabo es la vida de personas la que estará en nuestras manos hasta cierto punto o mejor dicho, hasta donde estén nuestras posibilidades de ayudar al paciente

Why did I study Medicine?

thing that causes you is to run out of emergency and cry, situations in which you want to alleviate the patient's pain or treat to save it but one way or another escapes your hands, but not everything is bad, there are situations that are
full of joy, days in which despite being full of work there are moments to laugh at any eventuality, in a hospital you see so many things that many of these situations make you grow
day by day as a person. It is also very common to hear people say that medicine is the most difficult careers, but no, generally every
career has its level of complexity, it is as difficult
as we can be, nothing is impossible and it is a matter of dedication, time and a lot of study, after all it is the life of people that will be in our
hands to a certain point or rather, as far as our
possibilities of helping the patient are concerned.
