Trust and comfort you bring

Calm and soothing you relief

Your view is magical

Watching you stare from the wall is a masterpiece

You animate feelings with your presence

Though far away

The scent of your presence still lingers

Walking through the corridors of my heart

I hear your whispers

in my dream

and in my wake

come back home

return and stay in my heart

before your memories get petrified

This portrait is all I have of you
