What Executioner says in the ears of culprits during execution ?

It's a predefined credibility that if one does any crime he/she would be punished for that ,but if the crime is heinous then the culprit has to go through execution after sentenced by government.
In India there are certain rules fixed for execution regarding time , duration of hanging and last words to culprit from executioner. Let's see what's this.
In India time for execution is before sunset becacuse body has less tension this time and allows culprit to don't wait for the whole day ,that can cause bad impact on mental health.
However executioner's last words to culprit is an apologising statement followed by "Ram Ram / Antim Salam " for Hindus/Muslims respectively and culprit would be hanged till death . In India rope used for execution has width of 1.5 inches, which is prepared mainly at Buxar .
