Securities and Exchange Commission is trying to understand how to deal with non-fraudulent ICO registration cases
According to CCN, Stephanie Avakian, co-director of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) law enforcement department, mentioned on September 20 that in the future, regulators are most likely to recommend that they fail to comply with appropriate ICO registration requirements.
