For having some context for "I have had lost due to low steem power that time in my wallet" for what is "low steem power"
What was your steem power at the time?

    i think it is loss only , no matter of steem power , if you see sumit ji wallet he will also bear loss only interms of investment

      The value of the steempower is bigger. So if u power it down than u have income. Plus if u have enought steempower than u can upvote yourself from that. So in long term it should make income. But of course it will depend also on the currency
