I thought there would be a way to mine or witness with the one click here?

I thought i would be able to help by simply pressing a button. I thought it would all be linked up to my account here. Is there a dummy method for doing this? Just not technically minded but i want to help? My computer is switched on and ready to go. Anyone can help me please? Anyone else need something like this aswell?
