I know they don't upvote Dmania and Dlive posts, but maybe extended that to DTube/Zappl too - is there a note in your wallet when refunded (I got note when I tried to upvote a Dmania post).
Nothing specifically pointing to the fact that it's due to DTube or Zappl🤔
