Hey man, awesome that your trying this. I did the Einstein Sleep pattern back in my bachelors. I think i lasted a week before realising it is to hard to schedule anything into my day when i had to keep taking scheduled. Naps. Interesting you feel groggy, i remember feeling the complete opposite. I was buzzed and super energetic.

It depends, right now i am quite energetic, but in the night, i am super exhausted and tired, it takes some time to get adapted. I have never hear of the Einstein Sleep pattern, how does it work?
