Well not really no. I am pretty sore today and have some wounds that need some care but I guess all in all not bad. I wrote about in one of my past on Saturday and I explained it better. Just a freak accident.

Thanks. The personal damage seems to have gotten worse since I wrote the article. It's been a very sore day I must say. Getting old I guess.
