i do appreciate your post with its data and what it stands for totally, but when an account gets blacklisted what happens to that account? cause it would be good if people knew what would happen to them once they get blacklisted that knowledge can cause them to desists from engaging in activities that get them blacklisted. cause honestly its one thing to say so and so number of accounts got blacklisted and its another thing to ensure that actions are carried out to ensure that they are penalized for their deeds.
