Thank you SO much for this simple explanation @rougebot I have tried to register but got really confused especially after I entered only my first name instead of my complete tag name. I wasn't able to edit the changes. Trying to find my way around in Discord became very overwhelming for me and I haven't been back since, although I can see the benefit of being involved. I am an absolute dunce when it comes to technology and need step by step instructions like this, so I will have another go and see if things become clearer following your guidelines.
