Also, after more tweaking, I use 2.1 with my mining rig for Monero and for thr R9 290 with Aeon. Getting 1.6 Kh/s with Aeon. You need to change the settings in the text file for GPU on Stak 2.1 , the config file no longer has the portion to set frequency.
