I use Coinjar's SWIPE Bitcoin debit card. It allows me to spend Bitcoin just like any traditional debit card, as well as withdraw cash from ATMs.

I believe they will be adding Ethereum soon.

    Thanks for letting me know, I have bitpay debit card as well and am going to look into SWIPE now that you told me.

      I think it may only be for Australian customers, although I am not 100% on that.
