If you are paying more then $50-$60 a month for internet you are paying too much
I know how to lower your monthly internet bill if you are paying over $50-$60 bucks a month. Century link will make you overpay for internet if you do not speak up and complain.
How
It is very simple I did this just the other day to lower my monthly Century Link bill for Internet service, I was paying $75 bucks a month for basic internet service mine was only 10MB a second speed.
1. Call Century Link 1-800-244-1111 and ask to speak to their loyalty department during their hours of operation between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. central time and tell them you are switching your internet service to Comcast because they offered you a better deal for only $29.99 a month, and their loyalty department will gladly offer you a 1 year term for only 29.99 a month plus taxes and fees and they even gave me a faster speed of 40MB per second instead of the lousy 10MB a second. They will try to get you to bundle their service with home phone or Directv but do not fall for this trick you will pay more money in the end tell them you cannot pay more.
2. If this does not work then call back a day later and tell them you are canceling your internet service that you lost your job and cannot pay it, they will ask to put you on hold and they will get an approval from their manager to offer you a lower rate for a 1 year period.
3. Be aggressive don't make them angry but just do what you can to get a lower rate I have lowered my internet bill for 2 years in a row with this trick they will give in because these big companies do not want to lose their business to competitors.
Comcast phone # 1-800-COMCAST I do not have Comcast but I have heard that this trick will also work with them.
